As I have continued sitting with Esther's story, I have found myself returning to one of the Bible's most familiar verses. Yet the more I have reflected on Mordecai's words, the more I have realised that "for such a time as this" is not simply about discovering our purpose. It is about recognising God's greater story, trusting His faithfulness, and responding to His invitation to participate in what He is already doing.

After seasons of healing and formation, many of us expect God to move us quickly into the next chapter. Yet Esther reminds us that some of the most important moments happen in the quiet seasons between preparation and purpose.
